Title: Why America Abandoned the Greatest Economy in History

https://www.theatlantic.com/ideas/archive/2023/11/new-deal-us-economy-american-dream/676051/

My reply:

Not a bad offering… particularly for The Atlantic… many pertinent points well taken, but as a “Why” explainer article I don’t see the last pieces of a full picture. There is a HUGE factor left utterly unmentioned, and it is a factor still very much in play today. It is an evolved factor, one mostly ignored in high places and misunderstood in low places. The demise of the United States economy is a consequence of the socio-economic evolution that went on everywhere on Planet Earth (as the planet was recovering from the Second World War) except… huge exception!… in the two champions of the Cold War!!!

The war is over, all our industries are beat to hell and gone… everyone is weary and weak… and we’re not sure those two idiots (US/USSR) are done fighting. The world as was. To survive that world where the United States was an oversize bumbling bully as a producer of consumer goods required the other industrial entities (working quietly beneath the rattling sabers of the cold war), to learn a cooperation never attempted before. Net result? The evolution of the Corporate Neo-Fascist, the current chapter of that organization being the second if not third generation  descendants of the leadership of the industrial coalition formed to compete with the post WW2 Americans!

They are real, they are perceptive, dangerously subtle in the manner of the older oriental cultures, they now control a working majority of mankind’s manufacturing capability on a global scale. The low side of America calls them “The New World Order” (they really do like being called that), and promptly gets mocked by the academic high side as idiots being led around by “Conspiracy Theories” (as if THEY would know one of those from a bowl of beans). But go figure… that opinion is just favors owed, favors done.

Look at the situation from the other angle and it isn’t hard to see that the CNF both mandated and funded the overgrowth of American Academia, the point of their attack to diminish the quality of Academia’s product, aka, the quality of local management and workforce in the generations coming up, to the point the rest of the world would have no trouble competing with the Americans in terms of consumer production which is where America’s inadvertent bullying got the whole mess started. Which they don’t, now do they.

So, once again I’m on record as challenging The Atlantic’s opinion… my dollar falls on the square that says American’s didn’t abandon that magnificent economy (that with just a touch of tweaking could have been brought internal stable across the years 65-75), I’m saying we got it taken away from us by the global CNF.

How did my conspiracy theory monster organization CNF achieve this? They took advantage of the total lack of stewardship (not) practiced by Empire Academia’s Kingdom of Psychology to custom craft multiple campaigns of very skilled psycho-social manipulation of the American culture, said campaigns being the social forces the Atlantic's article points to as “THE CAUSE.” So… if one is looking at a bloody pile of goo on a battlefield that used to be a human being was the cause of that death the ordinance that hit him? Or was the cause the motives of those who put that ordinance in flight? The Atlantic's article is clearly blaming the grenade.
