So we can fire it up in the driveway,
throw a brick on the gas pedal
and walk away planning on
starting in on the rebuild
after lunch.
Yep, sounds about right. The difference between a snake oil salesman, a crop of insiders, a fundamentalist demagogue, and--an old-school activist who may or may not have marched with Dr. King et al. And can any of them get anything past the gridlocked Senate and House? All bets are off.
ReplyDeleteIF America comes down with a bad case of D.T. in the oval office you can be assured of ONE massive good thing out of the whole deal... you'll see Bi-partisan cooperation in the House and Senate such as has never been dreamed of before... trying to keep him in check and limit the damage done. *grin* Judgment call... just how bad do we want to break the gridlock?
