A Minor Matter of a Temporal Phase Mismatch…

About now all you Trekkies out there should be thinking ah, ok, yea, that’s what produces wormholes and wormholes are what turn starships into 42 shades of petunia flavored blubber.  You’re absolutely correct space cadet, but TPM can apply to more than just a warp field, it doesn’t do anything good for the realms of psychology or sociology either which is where this post is going, so stay sharp on station or we’ll be picking up Voyager’s trash all the way home.

In response to my last post my buddy Pip asked me a question that went sorta like this: “is there so much girl-girl partnering going on (and the young men noticing) that it's somehow making them more aggressive and predatory in reaction…  …same sex experimentation being much more natural for young female humans, leaving young males feeling totally…  left out ?”

A good question, a deep question, definitely requiring a multi-generation range kind of question because any answer that can even circumnavigate the edges is going to be traveling a long, long way across the human condition.  Putting “IN MY OPINION” in bold red type before every paragraph I’ll go ahead and take a swing at it subject to the understanding what I say can be little more than preliminary guesswork within my best understanding of an untested empirical model of the collective subconscious.  If I get two out of any three points anywhere close to correct compared to reality I’ll be amazed. 

In essence the title of this post is my answer to that question, but that doesn’t really shed much workable light on the situation.  From where I sit I’d say both conditions listed, to wit an upswing in the number of sensuality based* girl-girl relationships; and, some surmised increase in aggressive/predatory behavior patterns in some definable segment of a male demographic are symptomatic of an undefined and underlying force vector impacting both.  

* Just to make it clear what level of literality I consider mandatory for dealing with a subject like this I’m going to start out by asserting two women cannot share sex.  Sex is the initiating event of procreation, and where two women can share a sensuality that emulates, in many cases exceeds, the intensity of similar physical sensations they might experience while sharing sex with a man it is not in strict point of fact sex since in and of itself the act has no potential for procreation.  Best they can have is some soul-sister assisted form of mutual masturbation to establish a comfort zone of intimacy.  Same holds for the gays of course, but the original question was phrased female. I’ll be coming back to this point later, it actually plays deep in the mechanisms involved, you’ll appreciate the pun here in a bit.

I’ve touched on this thought before, several times: the damage being done the children by the adults meddling in their play attempting to control their development, and I’m returning to it yet again because I will defend the position that “undefined underlying force vector,” the ultimate driving factor in common between the two observations, and a great deal beyond those, originates from the inevitable errors when the adults try to dictate what is appropriate play for the children. (as spoken of in “Bang-Bang you’re dead” 1/14/2014, for brevities sake I’ll just link the post rather than repeat it)

When multiple generations worth of folks have been raised  “by the book” rather than the best judgment of good parents operating in conjunction with nature herself it is certain some elements of their maturity will be artificially accelerated, and others artificially retarded (or even eliminated!) compared to what nature had in mind, a consequence of that whole statistical distribution thing applied again and again and again to each individual. Those raised in such a manner most literally live or die by standard deviation compared to whatever guiding mean governs the particular book they’re incarcerated within. They are not allowed to integrate the content of their life as it arrives and mature according to the environments of their life, they are forcibly mass manufactured to whatever set of specifications comprised the ideal to the author(s) of that damnable book.  

From the statistics it’s inevitable that upon entering an independent existence give or take one in three of such individuals will find themselves with a psych landscape that resembles the surface of the moon: jagged craters where the floor is five years younger than their calendar age, towering cliffs jutting up carrying high plateaus where they’re ten years older, convoluted passages between the extremes representing the altitudes they themselves should, could, and would have achieved if not for the social abuse of their upbringing (personally I consider this an utterly abominable form of unchallenged and socially sanctioned child abuse on a par with any racial or ethnic bigotry ever seen, but that’s just me and I’m contra-social).

That one in three ratio I mention is, of course, based on the simplistic idea those within give or take one standard deviation of the desired average governing any given “book” will be within the tolerance range of the human soul exposed to such abuse… roughly two thirds of any normal population will fall in that zone leaving the final third in play carrying deformities of varying severity to be dealt with later in life…adjust the fraction to suit your own best guess as to how far off “average” a person can be before the “social correction mechanisms” engage and begin grinding away at, or plasma plating onto, a growing soul.

I will assert these artificial  differences in the topography of maturation are in fact the vulnerability responsible for the escalating rates of a great many perversions seen in society at large, from the sterile fads of alternate sexualities to the other end of the spectrum as evidenced in the ultimate despair of misogyny expressed in the thinly veiled violence and inverted aggressions seen in the realms of bdsm.  

The key point here is the fact these differentials are  artificial, and being artificial are rare to never actually stable within the life where they were installed.  Remove the individual from the abusive situation, aka, the public schools, the public churches, the invalid soft liberal home, the boot camp harsh conservative home and what happens?  The individual sets about defending their own life by responding as the facts of reality assert themselves, returning (as best someone of advanced age, compared to nature’s intentions may) to correct and heal the situation by playing  within the realms where they, as individuals, were systematically denied adequate time to form pertinent and stable personality elements.

If, and it is anything but a certain thing, their postponed play is successful they ultimately level the terrain of their psyches and outgrow the need: Mindy and Mandy remain deep and intimate friends, occasional play partners in orgasm, but they’ve also picked their men and established their families, they’re wives and mothers now, and in the end actually a bit better women than they might have been as a consequence of mastering the risks involved.  What risks?  Consider what happens if their play is not successful, if they don’t succeed in the leveling operation.  They are not biologically lesbian, but they have no choice but to continue living in the lifestyle, growing older and lonelier and ever more bitterly barren as the count of years perpetually accentuates those unnatural and artificial differences in their internal maturities!  A sad fate indeed.

Same story for Joe and Jack of course, but being males subjected to the abuse different portions of their personas took the damage, still though their answer is much the same.  They play at anger and aggression, trying to learn how to handle that part of a man’s life that allows him, when his family is in danger, to say to the woman of his life “take the kids and run, run as fast as you can and don’t look back, if I haven’t caught up to you in a week remember that I love you.”  It is part of his heritage as a man, but to the *deep breath, I want to get this right!*  treasonous liberal whoremaster fools of psychology pimping the brothel of social indoctrination masquerading as mandatory public education they, so stupid as to think if you forget aggression aggression will forget you, can’t see that… all they see is the aggression and for their motives any aggression is a bad thing, of course it must be eliminated lest at some point it be turned against they and their oriental masters in defense of home and heart! *whew… that’s a thought-full, but yes, I said it, I mean it, and I’ll defend it on demand*  What happens if their play fails?  Look for them in the prisons, where the same abuse is self administered as the law of the land, or look for them living on the end of some dominatrix’s leash as her favorite boy toy perpetually debasing what’s left of his heritage to induce someone to maintain the abuse that provides the ladders between the levels.  In short, if you ever wondered how you build Orc or Urak Hai take a good look at what happens to Joe and Jack if their play fails.

So Pip, my ultimate answer to your question, best guess: yes, they are related, but not directly to each other.  To exit the question where I came in on the show?  Ya’ll Trekkies should understand this one.
